Your opportunity to see proposed designs for the new home of The Lights Public drop-in sessions announced

The council has been progressing plans to deliver on the aspirations of the masterplan consultations in recent years. We are very excited to share with you some of the plans and proposed designs of the venue.

We have been working extremely hard to ensure the spirit and feel of the existing venue will carry forward into a new and exciting space for Andover and looking forward to sharing the plans with you. We hope you can join us on our journey.

What?
Public drop-in sessions, where the TVBC project team will be on-hand to discuss the proposed designs that will be viewable on site.

When?
Thursday 27th February, 2pm-7pm
Saturday 1st March, 10am-1pm

Where?
The former O2 Unit at The Chantry Centre entrance.

The theatre is set to become a new home for The Lights and will offer modern facilities including a state-of-the-art multi-level auditorium, a separate performance and event space, a range of studios, meeting rooms and a café. The theatre will feature an entrance leading onto the High Street and another leading onto Town Mills Riverside Park, which will offer a fresh outdoor space for visitors to enjoy in the warmer months. The new location puts the theatre in the heart of the town, close to shops, café’s, restaurants and the multi-storey car park.
