Strictly Dance classes - ballroom and latin

Physical and mental exercise learning a section of dances including Cha, Cha, Cha, Quickstep, Salsa, and waltz in a relaxed and enjoyable way.

Couples Beginners 6pm - 7pm (please note that this class is for existing class members only.  For new interest please see Couples Absolute Beginners on Tuesdays below)

Couples advanced 7pm - 8pm

Couples Improvers Stage 1: 6.15pm – 7.15pm

Couples Absolute Beginners 7.30pm - 8.30pm

 

Solo Improvers 10 - 11am

Solo Advanced 11am – 12pm

 

Cost: £6.00 pppw, classes run by Pam.

Sessions must be pre-booked in advance via The Lights Box Office: 01264 368368 or online.

If you are interested in joining a class for the first time then please speak to the Box Office BEFORE booking to register your interest - the first taster session is FREE but must be pre-booked.

Please note that these classes are not suitable for teaching/learning a wedding dance for newly weds.
