Honalee Media Ltd presents…
HAPPY WHO-LLOWEEN 2027!
A live theatre performance and convention combined…
From the Who’s At The Playhouse team, a very special Halloween tribute celebrating sixty-four years of DOCTOR WHO and starring your favourite actors in a classic sci-fi story,
re-imagined by the original author as a radio play live on stage…
Stephen Wyatt’s
“PARADISE TOWERS”
Starring SOPHIE ALDRED
“There was a time when the ultra-modern, man-made luxury of Paradise Towers won architectural prizes and was renowned across the galaxy. Not any more. Today, it’s a run-down, rat-infested jungle of a city, patrolled by murderous robot cleaners, rival girl street gangs, authoritarian caretakers and sweet old ladies who’ll literally eat anything. So what has caused the drastic change in Paradise Towers’ fortunes? Could it have something to do with its mysterious, unseen ruler, known to one and all as the Great Architect? A unique chance to visit Stephen Wyatt’s Paradise Towers on stage in the company of the rascally Captain Cook from The Greatest Show in the Galaxy.”
Re-imagined without the Doctor and his companion, this script tells the story of the classic Doctor Who tale that inspired it, starring many of the programmes’ original stars!
